What tacos can you choose?
Some recipes are inherited, others are perfected. At Piñata, we take the Michoacan tradition of carnitas and give it our own twist: select cuts of pork—striving for a perfect balance.
The meat is slow-cooked for 12 hours at 80°C in its own lard, until it melts in its mouth when touched. We don't use artificial seasonings or shortcuts, just patience, controlled heat, and a touch of salt, spices, garlic, and our signature orange zest.
The result:
Tender, juicy meat with smoky notes and a deep flavor that blends into the tortilla.
We accompany it with onion, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime to lift the soul.
Quiroga-style carnitas
This taco is a tribute to the milpa, the ancient agricultural system that sustained Mesoamerica for centuries: corn, beans, and squash, three ingredients that grow together and complement each other in nutrients, flavor, and symbolism.
In our version, we cook cacahuazintle corn and sautéed squash on a bed of homemade refried black beans. We add tomatillo mayonnaise, which adds freshness and acidity, and finish with seasonal sprouts and pickled onions.
It's a plant-based taco, yes. But it's also a declaration of love for the land. Tasty, colorful, and balanced.

Carnitas and Milpa (vegetarian) tacos are included in the promotion. Occasionally, we also offer a surprise off-menu taco.
What do I have to order to access the promo?
You only need to order one drink (cocktail, beer, or soda). With that, you can order four tacos for just €1 each.
Do I need to book in advance?
It's not mandatory, but Tuesdays fill up quickly, so we recommend making a reservation to secure your table.
Until what time is the promotion active?
The promotion is available every Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. But if you come early, you're sure to get a spot.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. The Milpa taco is vegetarian, and we can customize some ingredients. Ask our team upon arrival for customized options.

That's what we call our Taco Tuesday, a day when tacos take flight: a time to take flight, break from routine, and let the flavor take over. Every Tuesday is a celebration at Piñata.
